Return/Exchange policy

Return Policy

Want to return a product? No worries, customer can return the ordered product within 15 days from the date of delivery, by contacting our customer care team. We shall arrange the pick of the product(s) within 2-4 working days. There are no charges for the same.

 

In Case of Return

We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 7 working days, shipping charges if paid by the customer will not be refunded. Refund will be initiated according the below mode of payment customer has opted at the time of ordering the product:

 

  1. Cash on Delivery: You can opt either for a transfer to your bank account or credit to iconic wallet which can be used for further purchases at iconicindia.com
  2. Prepaid Payment Methods (Card, Net Banking, Pay Pal, UPI etc): You can opt for refund of the amount to the original source of payment or credit to iconic wallet which can be used for further purchases at iconicindia.com

 

Self-Ship: If in certain circumstances, we’re unable to arrange pick up of your order from your location and customer returns the product on his/her own, in such cases, Rs.100 as cost of shipping to the Iconic wallet which can be used for further shopping at Iconicindia.com provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

 

Return guidelines -There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product such as all items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

 

Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller.

 

In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

Due to the hygiene and other reasons, products like sleep wear, inner wear, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and cosmetics can only returnable and not exchangeable.

 

Exchange Policy

A customer can request for the exchange of product in any other size within 15 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer care team (This is subject to availability of required size with us). Upon accepting the exchange request, we shall initiate reverse pick of the products from customer designated address within 7 working days and the requested products will be shipped to customer upon receiving the returned product(s).

This is subject to returned product(s) meeting our return guidelines.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect

A customer can claim replacement or refund in case of any manufacturing defect in the product within 30 days of delivery. This is subject to acceptance of manufacturing defect by our Quality team.
